Sisters of the Vine
In 2008 Sisters of the Vine, affectionately called SOTV, started out as an eight-woman wine club. The first attempt at a ‘wine club meeting’ was rough around the edges – to say the least. However there was definitely something there and with a little hard work and improvement, we knew we could make it work.
Now in 2015 we are 35 strong, residing in 6 states. These ladies kept coming back and over time have become a force to be reckoned with. They meet monthly to discuss, taste and pair wines with various dishes. This group of ladies have tried over 300 different recipes that were created specifically for them, including every recipe you will see showcased on this website. They have also tried over 250+ different wines in an attempt to learn the art of drinking and pairing wine with meals.
You will get to know these women throughout the stories shared along with the recipes on this site. They are a special bunch of ladies. We have laughed together and cried together but most of all we’ve grown together and I LOVE THEM ALL!

I want you to enjoy wine. Wine is not something to be afraid of. Many of us drink the same wines over and again, afraid to step outside our comfort zone, because we're not sure how to go about wine tasting. We show people how to make wine approachable. How to enjoy wine alone, with food, with friends or whenever you feel like it. Wine is not just on special occasions. Sometimes we drink it just because it’s Tuesday.

I will come into your home and teach you and your guests how to not only taste wine, but enjoy wine. It is our job to take away the mystery of pairing food and wine by doing it for you.
